Now she has authored the CompTIA Healthcare IT Technician HIT-001 Cert Guide and contributes in writing other technical books. Before healthcare IT, Joy was an elementary school teacher in both the United States and in South America. She lives in Dalton, Georgia, with her sister and Doberman dog.
